Why is it that I never seem to be able to type the word “because” accurately? I know how to spell it, but somehow my fingers always seem to rush the U in before the A. Is it just me? If you have a word you can’t seem to type right, please share in comments.

Exercise. Scissors. San Francisco. I obviously have trouble with c’s and s’s. But I’m also a terrible speller. 🙂

English spelling makes so little sense because it is so hybridized. Not even all the English speaking countries can agree! When I was young, I had a lisp, there are still some words that I have to pause and concentrate to pronounce properly, like anesthesia, because it has both s and th in it.
