My husband had a heart attack and had to have stents put in. It was a very difficult time. I hope all goes well.

Thanks. We went through stenting with my mom a couple of years ago and a double bypass with my dad over ten years ago. It is amazing what doctors can do, but scary and difficult, too.

Thank you, JoAnna. If all goes as planned, they will be using the TAVR technique, so it will be more similar to a heart catheterization than to what one usually thinks of as surgery. One of the advantages of going to a major medical center.
