Hoping to help. Telephone is also a possibility, as is on paper. It’s very worrying that, after asking for an extension due to the pandemic, the administration just announced shortening the data collection phase instead. Over 30% of residents have yet to be counted!

Thanks, Frank! We did ours months ago and I made sure my father’s was submitted, too. There is still a long way to go to count everyone, though.
