    1. Thank you, J-Dub. I think it isn’t so much that it gets easier as that it gets different. I was back in my hometown this weekend for its bicentennial, so right now I’m dealing with the memories of who my parents were back then, when I was in grammar school.

      1. Yes it does get different, that is true. I’m finally at a point where the memories of my parents bring more smiles than sadness. But still the ache of missing them is there underneath it all.
