Yes. It’s become even more difficult to predict what will happen, as much as we like to make grand plans for our lives.

This is so important for people like me who sometimes have too much imagination for my own good. I’m learning to bring myself back to the present moment.

I hear you! My friends who are experienced with meditation are great examples for me in focusing on the present moment. My mind tends to jump around too much, but I try to take comfort from the story of the student telling the meditation teacher that he couldn’t meditate because his mind was always wandering and the teacher replies that it is wonderful to have so many opportunities to return to his breath.
